Course resources — your AUP & tools list

Your licence isn't only the course. It includes policy documents you download from the platform — a core part of what you paid for.

Go to Dashboard → Resources → Course resources. Under AI Awareness — Responsible AI Use you'll find the documents licensed to your organisation:

AI Acceptable Use Policy — template (AIAcceptableUsePolicyTEMPLATE.docx) — a customisable AUP to adapt for your organisation.
AI Acceptable Use Policy — sample (AltanicheAIAcceptableUsePolicySAMPLE.docx) — a worked example to guide you.
Approved-tools list — the starter list of sanctioned AI tools, to adapt to your stack.

Resources → Course resources: the documents included with your licence

Download and adapt these for your organisation. Only companies licensed for the course can see them, so they stay private to you.
