Assigning seats to staff

Add the person, then give them a licence — two quick steps.

1. Add the user

On the Dashboard → Users tab, choose Create user for one person, or Upload users to add a group by CSV.

2. Allocate a seat

On the Dashboard → Licenses tab, open User license allocations and assign the AI Awareness licence to each user. They're enrolled immediately and emailed an invite to set their password and start.

Each seat, once allocated, is consumed — it gives that person twelve months of access.
