Does my client need a discount code?

No. The partner price applies automatically when they arrive through your link.

What if a client asks a technical or support question?

Send them to support@altaniche.ai. You never handle delivery, accounts, certificates or refunds — we do.

Do I earn on renewals?

There are no renewals — licences are bought once for twelve months. When a client buys again, that's a new sale and you earn on it again.

What happens above 250 seats?

That's quoted individually. Send them to us and we'll look after you on the deal.

Can I run ads on the Altaniche brand?

No — bidding on our brand or trademarks in paid search is not allowed. See the partner agreement for the full list of prohibited methods.

How do I end my participation?

Either side can end it with 30 days' notice; commission you've already earned is still paid. Inactive links (no sale in 12 months) are deactivated but can be switched back on.
